Cole Swider Parents Jeff And Jenny Swider Have Athletic Children

Cole Swider father Jeff Swider and mother Jenny Swider were former basketball players.

Cole's Mother Was A Team Captain

Jenny was involved in the Women's Basketball Team 91-95 while she studied at the University of New Hampshire. She was a dedicated and competitive player, due to which she was selected as the Women's Basketball Team captain in 1995. Jenny did her High School study at Dartmouth High School, in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, from 1987 to 1991. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a minor in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, in the United States. 

According to her LinkedIn profile, Jenny is currently working as a Communications Director at Herren Talks. She has over 20 years of marketing experience and expertise on both the client and agency side of the sports, healthcare and nonprofit industries. Before working as a Communications Director, she worked as a Marketing Consultant in the same company.

Similarly, she has experience working in Marketing Communications with Hoop Dreams and as a Communications Consultant with Tall Girl Marketing. Moreover, she has also worked as an Account Manager and Account Coordinator in America House Communications and Lehman Millet Incorporated, respectively. Jenny is active on Instagram under the handle @jennyswider and has 364 followers as of now. She is also on Facebook as jenny Matteson Swider.

Cole's Father Played For Fordham University

Cole's father, Jeff, also had a passion for playing basketball. Jeff had played (1990-91) season of basketball at Fordham University for the Patriot League. Jeff completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fordham University, where he was a member of Varsity Basketball. He also volunteered as a coordinator of the youth basketball league in Portsmouth Youth Basketball for 12 years. 

Jeff is currently a Chief Operating Officer at QMed Innovations, Inc. in Rhoda Island, United States. He also works as a President of Vision Telecom, Inc., according to his Linkedin profile.

Apart from Jeff and Jenny, Cole's grandmother Peggy Matteson was also a basketball player who played basketball at the University of Rhode Island. Therefore, it is clear that Cole developed his interest and passion for basketball from his senior family members.

Jenny and Jeff Swider celebrated their 25th marriage anniversary on August 31, 2022.

Jenny posted an old picture of their marriage ceremony on her Instagram page. Jenny showered her love with her husband, Jeff, and said she looked forward to 25 more years of togetherness. On the other hand, Jeff also posted an old photo from their marriage and wished his wife an anniversary on his Facebook page.

Jenny also posted a picture of Jeff wishing his birthday on January 26, 2021, on her Instagram and thanked him for being the best husband, father, son, and coach.

According to Jeff's Facebook timeline, he first met Jenny on June 30, 1995. The couple got married on August 1997 after two years of dating.

Cole has a brother and two sisters who are athletes like him.  

Cole is the eldest among his siblings. He has a brother named Connor Swider and two sisters named Kylie Swider and Courtney Swider. 

Cole's younger brother Connor is a freshman at the University of St. Andrews and is a member of the Basketball Club Rhode Island. Moreover, his sister Courtney is on the junior team at Tabor Academy in Massachusetts. 

Similarly, sister Kylie completed high school at Tabor Academy and is on Villanova's women's basketball team. Kylie played eight games in the 2020-2021 and 2021-22 seasons.
