Davida Williams is an American actress, singer, and dancer. She is the elder sister of singer Dana Williams and the daughter of the late David Williams.

Along with being an actor, her expertise involves being a director, producer, and photographer. She is most recognized for her performances as Lauren in Raise Your Voice and Claire Miller in Lizzie McGuire.

The American Actress appeared in the movie Dream Girl, including Meredith Hagner from TBS' Search Party and Margaret Qualley from HBO's The Leftovers. She also had regular roles on the YouTube Red and AwesomenessTV series Foursome, which stars influencer Logan Paul.

Williams was a famous session guitarist for celebrities like Michael Jackson and Madonna. Along with being a guitarist, he was also a singer and a songwriter.

David was raised in Virginia's Newport News. He was influenced early on by jazz musicians like Kenny Burrell and Wes Montgomery. Later, he began his career as a professional musician with the Dells. Unfortunately, his service in the Vietnam War ended this career path.

He relocated to Los Angeles after his return in 1972 to rejoin the Dells. At that time, Williams also collaborated with the Temptations. The R&B trio Chanson was later founded by him and bassist James Jamerson, Jr. The 1978 single "Don't Hold Back," which was released by Chanson, peaked at No. 8, No. 11, and No. 21 on the Hot 100, Dance Club, and Hot R&B Songs charts, respectively.

Hollins was delighted by Williams' guitar playing, bringing him to Michael Jackson's attention. As a result, he was hired to perform on Michael Jackson's album Off the Wall in 1979. He also played on the Jacksons' 1981 concert tour and its companion album, The Jacksons Live!, and was featured on all but one song of their 1980 album Triumph.

The Virginia native rose to fame as a session guitarist, contributing to records by the Four Tops, Peter Allen, Aretha Franklin, and the Pointer Sisters. Dana is particularly well-known for her numerous YouTube covers, her appearance in the "The Song" Christmas 2014 Apple commercial, and her joint projects with the rappers Freddie Gibbs, Boogie, and Rejjie Snow.
