Singer Judith Durham Suffered Stroke That Diminished Her Ability
Judith Durham endured a stroke in May 2013 while on the Seekers' Golden Jubilee tour, which affected her ability to read and write the visual language and musical notation.
During her recovery, she made strides toward regaining such abilities. The stroke did not affect her ability to sing.
In 2013, The Daily Telegraph published an article about Judith's recovery from a stroke following her concert in Melbourne.

Graham Simpson, manager of Durham, provided fans with updates on the singer's condition and claims that she was in high spirits and eager to take on the challenge of recovery.
He said: "I'm happy to be able to let you know that Judith will be transferred to the unit on Friday for additional treatment after being assessed yesterday (Tuesday) by the head of the Rehabilitation Unit at Epworth Hospital."
Further, Durham sustained a cerebral hemorrhage and was subsequently hospitalized in a Melbourne hospital in May 2013.
