Gregg is an American show host who co-hosts Boomer and Gio on Wfan Sports Radio. He previously co-hosted The Fan Morning Show at KDKA FM with former NFL player Brian Jones. 

Giannotti worked as a board operator and producer for WFAN. In 2008, he hosted his first talk show for the station. 

In February 2010, Gregg became the host of The Fan Morning Show in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In just six months the show became the No. 1 rated sports talk show in the market. He was even named as Sportsradio 93.7 The Fan's night host.

On January 2, 2015, He joined CBS Sports Radio starting 'Gio and Jones.'

Gina was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She completed her high school at Upper St. Clair High School. After graduating high school, she went to OSU to study Retail Merchandising.

After checking in college, she started working for Southern Wine & Spirits. She was there for three years from 2011 until 2014.

In 2014, she left the Consultant job at Southern Wine & Spirits in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and moved to Great Neck, Newyork, USA with her husband. 

After they moved from Pennsylvania she worked as an agent for Swan Real Estate. The couple then moved to their new bungalow on January 2016. The couple now resides in Long Island.

Giannotti has work experience with five different organizations, including Brand Manager and Sales Associate at Saks Fifth Avenue, Integrated Marketing Executive at Clear Channel Communications, Account Executive at CBS Radio, Brand Ambassador at Team Enterprise, and Sales Consultant at Southern Wine & Spirits.

Gregg is known as a kind and selfless person. She donated to RAICES, raising funds to reunite an immigrant parent with their child on June 2018, which raised a total of $20,773,431. On 2020 March 26, she donated to the CDC Foundation to combat the coronavirus which raised a total of $6,556,668.

Gina wore a beautiful designer gown and Gregg wore a well-fitted tailored suit with a bow tie at their wedding.

After their ceremony, the couple bought a beautiful Home in the neighborhood of Bellport on January 2016.

The couple celebrated their engagement a year earlier on March 10, 2014. She posted a picture of their delicious cake on her Facebook account. The cake was decorated with red and orange edible flowers, and the text reads "Happy Engagement Gina & Gregg."
