Gary joined as an Event Manager at Fulton Market Harvest Fest in Chicago From January 2016 to November 2018. As an Event manager, he has had to design purchasing and floor plans. He has to collect the data for inventory and equipment needs. He also worked in a Human resources division, hiring and training food and beverage teams.
He created a beverage pairings plan for all ticketed dining event menus. He also prepared action plans to maintain product freshness and consistent inventory levels and created and engaged strategies to boost performance while decreasing operating costs.
Now, he worked as an Event Brand Ambassador in Illinois from March 2013 to the present.
He has to plan, organize, staff, and represent various food and beverage brands at events around the United States. He works with multiple hotels, stadiums, and conference venues’ suppliers, purchasers, and event teams while creating unique experiences to showcase brands at events ranging from 50 to 30,000 guests.
