 Jim is a well-known creator of three-dimensional image technology who also happens to be a computer scientist with a Ph.D. Silicon Graphics Inc. and Netscape Communications Corporation.

Among other well-known tech firms, they were founded by Jim Clark. Silicon Graphics Inc. was founded in 1981 by Clark and several other Stanford alumni (SGI).

After buying the expansive home for USD$94million just 15 months ago, the pair has made a substantial profit, according to Realestate.com.au.

According to Wednesday's Wall Street Journal, internet mogul Jim Clark has found a buyer for his 16-acre property on a barrier island off the coast of Manalapan.

The deal would likely surpass the roughly $140 million cash purchase of a 21,000-square-foot Palm Beach property by an unidentified buyer in February 2021.

According to the publication, the Netscape creator, who acquired the property in March 2021 for the comparatively low price of $94 million, declined to reveal the purchaser's identity.

Kristy Hinze married billionaire James H. Clark, the inventor of Silicon Graphics and Netscape and 36 years her senior, in October 2008.

They married on March 22, 2009. In September 2011, Hinze gave birth to their first child, a daughter called Dylan Vivienne, in New York City.

Harper, their second child, was born on August 19, 2014. Hinze purchased an Australian home online while in Los Angeles filming Adam Rifkin's Without Charlie.
