Logan Stankoven parents Deana Stankoven and Wes Stankoven raised him in Kamloops. Logan and Deana lives in British Columbia.

Stankoven is a famed hockey winger from Canada. He plays in the Western Hockey League for Kamloops Blazers as a prospect to the National Hockey League team Dallas Stars.

The 19-year-old is an upcoming star who has won several awards in the 2021-22 season for his outstanding gameplay. Dallas drafted him in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft, second round, 47th overall. 

Recently, Logan won the CHL Player of the year and became the Canadian Hockey League Best Player. In this year's WHL playoffs, he has bagged 17 goals and 31 points. Furthermore, Logan played for Team Canada in the 2022 World Junior Ice Hockey Championship.

Logan Stankoven was born to parents Wes Stankoven and Deana Stankoven in February 2003.

The Canadian junior ice hockey player currently lives in his hometown in British Columbia with his family.

Stankoven's dad, Wes, has been working as a field meter analyst at Accenture BC for 30 years, according to his LinkedIn page. Wes also works for BC Hydro as a field service rep.

The Kamloops winger is blessed with a supportive mom and dad. Wes puts a lot of effort into not missing any of his games. Earlier this year, he traveled to Edmonton to watch World Junior Championship and to Michigan for the NHL Prospect Tournament. 

Wes told "Dallas Hockey Now" that Logan wanted to play since his childhood. He was mesmerized that his son used to pick up the mini sticks, then rock hockey. He also added that the household got Logan skating at 4-5 years old.

However, he left his sports career and has pursued business. Per his LinkedIn profile, Wes is a Field Meter Analyst at Accenture BC and has been a loyal employee with 30 years of experience. He graduated from Caribou college with a Business degree.

Moreover, Logan's grandfather coached the duo in the 1990s. We can say that Logan hails from an athletic background.

The 19-year-old may have picked his competitive element from his dad. "He hates to lose and loves the game. It's been fun over the years." Elder Stankoven told Dallas hockey Now.

The Kamloops Blazers forward Logan has a younger sister Macie Stankoven who is a high school sophomore. 

His sister and parents has supported his career since his childhood. Logan started skating at three and began playing hockey at five. Logan was never the biggest kid, but his swiftness has helped him go toe to toe with any defender.

The Stankovic household has been proud of their son for getting selected into the Junior Hockey Team of Canada.

Logan's family has never doubted him. His father is proud of him and has stated that as long as he puts time and effort in, we'll support him. He also added that driving him to the rink was the easiest job, and letting him do all the work was the hard part.

While growing up, his favorite hockey player was Sidney Crosby. He admires Crosby's way of protecting the puck. Other players he liked are Brayden Point and Johnny Gaudreau.
