According to her Instagram posts, she does not post much about workouts. However, The Dogpound posted an Instagram video of the 24-year-old doing a rigorous workout.
The model answered a fan who inquired whether her curves were natural or artificial. She clearly stated saying she did not get any surgeries done on her body and that it was all-natural.
She does everything from pull-ups to squats in the video, showing her flat abs. It is very clear from the clips that Lori is a fan of strength training.
The model previously stated that her routine consists of a five-minute warmup, followed by a few strength training circuits, either lower or upper body depending on the day, and ab work.
She also does boxing as a core exercise some days. Many fans have even tried out her workout routines and have revealed some changes in their bodies.
Thus, Lori has transformed her body with her hardcore workouts and strength training, and most importantly, she follows her healthy diet.
