Haughton native Stovall usually plays first or second base and has a left-handed batting stroke and a right-handed throwing motion.

The 19-year-old Peyton Stovall was born on February 14, 2003, in Haughton, Louisiana, to his father, Matt, and his mother, Leslie Stovall.

On June 13, 2022, his parent made it to Facebook to congratulate their son on Arkansas' victory in the Chapel Hill Super Regional.

Mr. & Mrs. Stovall seems supportive of Peyton's baseball career. They shared how their son has been practicing baseball his entire life and that the moment has come for him to play baseball in the college world series. 

The 19-year-old played baseball for four years and soccer until his senior year of high school while pursuing his studies.

He was named the Most Valuable Player of District 1-5A and eventually signed to play college baseball for the University of Arkansas.

Insights On Peyton Stovall MLB Draft 

When Peyton Stovall relocated to Fayetteville, he greatly excited his admirers and following.

The 5'11", 190 pounds player had the opportunity to exceed his admirers' and family's expectations with the MLB Draft 2021 selection; however, on the first day, he ultimately withdrew his name.

Stovall indicated that he might have accepted a $2 million contract offer, but he opted to consider his other choices instead of signing with the MLB Draft.

During his high school career, he took the high potential ratings among the many baseball athletes in the state. Despite not getting his first career start, he had two hits against Illinois State in the third game of the campaign.

Even though he undoubtedly had a solid year in college, he struggled a lot before starting his games regularly. He had a finger injury late in the season, which forced him to play second base in the second game of a three-game series against Ole Miss.

Due to his finger injury, Stovall was forced to miss the last two SEC games as well. He eventually made a comeback in the game's decisive series versus Alabama.

Peyton Stoval is dating Kaylyn Brooke Jackson, his high school sweetheart. The University of Arkansas is where the two are continuing their further education.

He has multiple pictures of himself with her partner on his Instagram account. On the high school convocation day, they were photographed together.
