Campos married her co-star from Road Rules: All Stars, Sean Duffy. They settled in Ashland, Wisconsin, where Duffy was the district attorney for Ashland County.
Campos disclosed in 2008 that she had two miscarriages. They had eight children as of May 2016. The Duffys' ninth child, a girl, was born in 2019.
