According to a letter that was sent with an application for a visa for a purportedly homeless youngster, Senator Ike Ekweremadu told UK officials that he was bringing the child overseas to have a kidney transplant for his daughter.

In the lawsuit concerning the former Deputy Senate President, Senator Ike Ekweremadu, and his wife, Beatrice Nwanneka Ekweremadu, the "15-year-old" who was allegedly implicated has been identified.
