Theo Germaine is not single. The trans actor is in a happy relationship with his long-time partner, William Rusan. They lovingly refer to their boyfriend as Mr.Perfect.

Rusan's Twitter bio reads 'humanist, feminist, technologist, mediaist, and coconut. "I love you; I'm glad you are still here," Germaine commented on William's recent Instagram post.

Theo regularly posts snaps with his partner on social media platforms. The actor is online on Instagram as @theogermaine. He has garnered over 76k followers on his verified page with 384 posts.

Theo Germaine uses the They/Them pronoun as he is non-binary transgender. The film star doesn't identify any more or less with one particular gender. However, They have opted to lean toward being male identity-wise.

Germaine prefers using he/they when referring to him. The actor transitioned as a teen. Theo revealed that he was a female but now has undergone a legitimate transformation and is male.

"I joke and tell people my first memories are The Lion King and gender dysphoria. At three years of age in daycare, we were all lying down trying to nap, and I was not being able to nap because I would always sit there and think about gender," He said in the LGBTQ&A podcast. 

In the future, Germaine plans to explore writing and directing. They want to do something for the LGBTQ community. The actor wants to see trans performers get more opportunities in the entertainment industry.

Theo was born on April 2, 1998, in his hometown in Murphysboro, Ilinois. The 24-year-old has revealed their birth name yet. Likewise, they have also not spoken much about his parents and family.

The actor grew up in Chicago. Germaine moved to Los Angeles for some time to film the Politician conveniently. They belong of American nationality and have relocated to their hometown once again.
