Tomasz Managed An Incredible Weight Loss
Tomasz Schafernaker lost weight to tone his body through a strict workout routine. He challenged himself to a transformation in 100 days.
He was living between his university in Brighton and his hometown of Leighton Buzzard and had dissertation deadlines approaching with no job prospects after graduation.
He felt that his life was a bit of a mess, and it was time for something to change.
On Sunday 13th of April, the day of the London marathon, he sat in bed with a cup of tea while hundreds of people were achieving their lifelong ambitions.
He reminded himself that he works best with a goal in sight, so he set up a blog to document his progress.
He aimed to go from scrawny to brawny, and his target body was a hunky weatherman. He chose to blog about his experience as a motivational tool to show that the average guy can also achieve big in the gym.
Tomasz did not claim to be a professional and did not give fitness advice as he was not qualified to do so. He just wanted to share his experience, track his progress and give tips to anyone reading.
Although he did not claim to be a professional, he was interested in fitness. He had grown up swimming, running, and playing tennis, and had a personal trainer the previous year.
He knew some basic gym terms and planned to do more research as he started on his challenge. He weighed 73 kg.
