Where Is Kevin Spacey Now? Update On His Partner And Family Amidst Recent Arrest News

Kevin Spacey was ordered to pay nearly $31 million in restitution for alleged sexual misconduct on the set of Netflix's hit political drama House of Cards. His payment will go to the show's producer, MRC.

The actor was fired from the popular show following sexual misconduct allegations leveled against him.

According to Deadline, one of those allegations was the groping of a production assistant, which was discovered after an investigation. His participation in the show was terminated by MRC.

MRC sued him in October 2020 for lost revenue as a result of the actor's departure from the show. After hearing 8 days of live testimony and 20 hours of videotaped deposition testimony, an arbitrator ruled in favor of MRC in November 2021, awarding the company $29.5 million in damages.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mel Red Recana upheld the award, stating that it was not even close. "Here, [Kevin] fails to demonstrate even that this is a close case," the judge wrote. MRC will also receive an additional $1.4 million in attorney fees and costs as part of the award.

There is also no social media activity as the last post on his Instagram was on DECEMBER 24, 2020, so it is unknown where the actor is right now.

While Kevin Spacey has never been married, he has had numerous relationships with women in the past.

According to Metro, the actor has been linked to several famous ladies, the first of which is actress, April Winchell.

After high school, April dated Kevin. She revealed in her online diary that they co-starred in a production of the musical Gypsy and later accompanied each other to New York.

Kevin brought Dianne Dreyer as his guest and girlfriend at the 72nd Academy Awards in 2000, the same year he won Best Actor for his role as Lester Burnham in American Beauty.

After his separation from Dreyer in 2000, he is said to have begun dating his Pay It Forward co-star Helen Hunt. Although it is unknown how long their alleged relationship lasted, they were seen on dates together, including one to the US Open in 2001.

His next public appearance was in 2014 when he was rumored to be dating actress Jennifer Jason Leigh.

According to Ranker, journalist Ashleigh Banfield is also said to have dated Spacey in 2014.

The actor has not revealed who he is currently dating, and it appears that he is single and not dating anyone.

Kevin Spacey was born to Kathleen Ann and Thomas Geoffrey Fowler.

When the actor was four years old, his family moved to Southern California. He has an older brother, Randy Fowler, from whom he is estranged.

His brother has stated that their father was physically abusive, describing him as a bad example of a father. Kevin shut down emotionally and became "very sly and smart" to avoid beatings.

Meanwhile, he has described his late father as a "normal, middle-class man." 

He attended Northridge Military Academy and Canoga Park High School in the tenth and eleventh grades.

Spacey graduated co-valedictorian from Chatsworth High School in Chatsworth, California, in 1977.

At Chatsworth, he played Captain Georg von Trapp in the senior production of The Sound of Music, alongside Winningham as Maria von Trapp. Spacey began using his paternal grandmother's maiden name as his middle name, "Spacey."

On October 29, 2017, Anthony Rapp claimed that Kevin Spacey made a sexual advance toward him while intoxicated at a party in 1986 when Anthony was 14 and Kevin was 26.

He told this story to The Advocate in 2001, but Kevin's name was redacted to avoid legal wranglings and public outings.

Kevin stated on Twitter that he had no recollection of the encounter, but that he owed Anthony "the most heartfelt apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior" if he had acted as claimed.

On September 9, 2020, Anthony filed a Child Victims Act lawsuit against Kevin for sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Then, fifteen more people came forward, alleging similar abuse. The Guardian was approached by "many people" who claimed that Kevin groped and behaved inappropriately with young men.

The actor was charged with four counts of sexual assault against three men in the United Kingdom on May 26, 2022.
