On the occasion of Father's Day, Deschanel uploaded a photo of Pechenik and her partner, Jonathan Scott, in a rare photograph with her children on Instagram.

"So glad my kids have these two amazing guys in their lives: @jonathanscott and their dad @jacobpechenik," she wrote in the caption.

The 44-year-old Property Brothers actor is seen in the snap carrying Deschanel and Pechenik's 6-year-old daughter Elsie on his shoulder. Pechenik, for one, is carrying his 5-year-old son Charlie.
